ph654's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph654's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held by ph654 until the investigation is resolved. You may close your ph654 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable pending bonus amounts will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph654's internal process, and where applicable, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR or to the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
ph654 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed upon login to the ph654 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
